Fitness Assessment
This option is specifically designed for anyone who wants to find out where to start, lose weight, increase fitness and extend their knowledge for training.
Programme Design
This is a vital part of training, whether you are training for an event, generally keeping fit or for use in conjunction with weight management, a training programme is important.
This is where you spend an hour with me and I will devise a training programme specific to your needs and requirements.
What it includes:
For further development, book again for another progressive programme to take you to another level of fitness or try a Personal Training session to motivate, encourage and improve your overall performance.
Terms and Conditions
Sessions will last for 55 minutes. Both parties shall commit to punctual time-keeping, with a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation given by either party. Failure to do this will constitute as a lost session and will be charged at the clients agreed rate.
Every effort will be made to offer regular session times when required, but these cannot be guaranteed. Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.
Training can be held at the individual's home, within a gym environment or any other suitable area.
Correct clothing and footwear must be worn at all training sessions.
All information taken and recorded will be kept strictly confidential and will not be released without the prior consent of the client
Sessions with Jody Rous will incur a 10% premium
Payment Terms
My personal training fee is £35-£45 per session, per person.
A 50% reduction will be applied for each additional person.
All sessions will be paid for in advance, there are different payment options available showing the benefits of a reduction in fees.
Sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Sessions beyond that time frame will be forfeited.
Refunds are not provided.
A medical health questionnaire must be completed prior to any training sessions.
