Using tried and tested boxing training and simple boxing equipment this whole body workout is the perfect opportunity to get total fitness and fun! Simple but powerful pad work and boxing techniques are applied with a variety of training approaches for super workout for the whole body.
Each 50 min session is packed with cardio work combined with upper and lower body strengthening work and core work. Boxing is high intensity so it's a great fat burner and will really help with losing those extra inches and toning all those wobbly bits!!! For toned arms, flatter tummy and leaner legs – boxing can deliver all of this.
Classes are designed for ALL abilities; from those just starting to exercise, to the already very fit.
Each class is structured in a non-competitive environment where all abilities can work together... A great way to get fit whilst having a great time with other people!
The box-fit class will run on Thursday evenings at 7.30 pm at Hartspring Community Centre, Park Avenue, Bushey.
