About Jody Rous
Over the years I have used exercise and fitness for my own personal development and progression. Starting with my own weight loss, as a teenager I struggled with my own weight for many years. I then became interested in muscular conditioning and then on to endurance training as I began to compete in Triathlons and half marathon distance events.
My own experiences form the basis of my approach to fitness and I hope that my experiences will help you reach and develop your goals and explore your full potential.
